Midwatch is our French Roast—crafted for those who put in the long hours while the rest of the world sleeps. Darker than Chief’s Choice and Sarge’s Select, but not quite an Espresso, this roast delivers bold flavor, rich body, and a smooth finish without the harsh bitterness many dark roasts leave behind.

We carefully roast Midwatch to bring out deep, smoky character while maintaining balance and drinkability. By selecting beans with naturally higher acidity—one of the first characteristics burned off during higher roast temperatures—we’re able to create a darker roast that stays remarkably smooth from the first sip to the last.

The result is a bold, full-bodied coffee with clean finish, subtle smokiness, and dependable strength built for overnight shifts, early mornings, and long days on the job.

Crafted from 100% Arabica coffee and roasted fresh daily, Midwatch was made for those who keep watch when others can’t.
